Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with MISO Beauty. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after the customer receives the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Conditions
You may request a return or refund if:
1. The product is damaged during delivery.
2. The product is defective.
3. You received the wrong item.
4. You received an item that is significantly different from your order.
5. The product is unopened, unused, and returned within the eligible return window.
We may not accept returns if:
1. The product has been opened or used.
2. The original packaging is missing or damaged.
3. The return request is made after 30 days from delivery.
4. The product is returned without contacting us first.
5. The damage is caused by misuse, improper storage, or personal reasons.
How to Request a Return

3. The product name
4. The reason for the return or refund request
5. Photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item if applicable
After we review your request, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and help arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, shade, or product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order.
